Have you ever missed an important email because it went straight to spam instead of your Inbox? Due to sophisticated filters implemented by email providers like Gmail and Microsoft, suspicious or unwanted emails are automatically redirected to Spam. There are, however, instances where legitimate emails are incorrectly classified as Spam as well.
You can't decide which types of emails get flagged as Spam.
If you use the methods below, you can prevent future emails from your known senders from landing in the spam folder.
You will receive our emails from one of the following addresses based on the product you are using.
notifications@planmyleave.com
notifications@projecttoolbelt.com
notifications@mywebtimesheets.com
notifications@easyresourcemanagement.com
notifications@okrpeople.com
notifications@SnowHR.com
notifications@onlineganttcharts.com
1) Ask your organization's email administrator to allow emails from the above email address.
2) Add the email address to your contact list.
It allows your email provider to learn that the contact is someone you know, and their emails should appear in your Inbox.
3) Mark as not SPAM.
Marking emails from us as Not Spam is another way to prevent them from landing in Spam. This will immediately move the email from the Spam folder to your Inbox and prevent future emails from us from landing there.
You can also use this method if you've previously marked our emails as Spam. In this scenario, you should mark our email as not Spam more than once.
